CCU is still doing well, and is a good genuine story. There has recently been a couple of local (Cobar) radio interviews with company execs and the mayor, indicating very strong positive attitude from the Council for approvals etc.
The free float is quite small, which is something I always like. The major holder with 19.8% is sitting on a great profit already, with his shares bought at 25 and 41 cents in placements. Even if he were to sell out, I think that there would be eager buyers. So the news is all good. And he might even go above 19.9%. The history of the buyer is pretty dynamic.
I've noted that CCU likes days on which both silver and the $A have positive moves.
